Do I need to pay taxes or import fees?

EU

If you have your product shipped to any country inside the European Union, you don’t pay any import taxes. The price you see and pay includes import taxes.

Depending on your country,  If so, these taxes mostly correspond to the VAT of your country or state.

USA

Deliveries to the US below the value of USD 800 do not trigger any import duties and taxes. Please visit cbp.gov for info on importing to the USA.
If you plan to order multiple items with a value exceeding USD 800, please consider placing multiple orders.

Other countries

Please check the individual tax rules of your country for tax and duty allowance at import. If you plan to order multiple items with a value exceeding your country’s tax allowance, please consider placing multiple orders.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, If you're not, let us know! We would be happy to exchange your product for another one, or offer a refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

Products shipped to any other country need to be shipped back to our warehouse.
As soon as we receive your product back to our warehouse in good condition, we will process your refund.
