What pain points have we identified?
- Desktop stands on the market can generally be divided into multi-layer stands covered with solid wood veneer and pure solid wood stands.
- The exposed edges of multi-layer stands affect the overall aesthetics and consistency.
- Pure solid wood stands are prone to bending or cracking due to climate changes, and due to the high cost, there are limited choices for grain patterns. The production of joint styles depends on the craftsman's judgment and patience. In addition, these stands often have a dull and bulky design.
How do we address these pain points？
- The LOOMMA desktop stand is wrapped in naturally grown North American white oak or black walnut, which covers the cut grain of the multi-layer board all around. Strictly selected high-quality veneer covers the top and bottom surfaces of the board, so that both the touch and view of the board surface are pure natural North American solid wood veneer. Its beautiful grain and stability are superior to pure solid wood stands, and it avoids the problem of the pure solid wood board surface being easy to bend and open.

How much weight can the stand support?
- The stand design can support the vast majority of monitors on the market. We suggest placing monitors under 20kg on the single monitor stand and extended single monitor stand. On the double monitor stand, two monitors under 20kg can be placed above the support legs.

Our initial research and experiments with wood helped us find two types that provided the ideal characteristics for our products.
Black Walnut (Juglans Nigra) is a noble and robust, sustainably-cultivated wood full of character with a broad dark-brown core and a lighter sapwood, often accentuated with cloudy patterns.
White Oak (Quercus Robur) is a rich and sturdy, sustainably-grown wood that’s characterized by its strongly pronounced annual growth rings and its typical vascular rays, giving it a unique pattern and distinctive appearance.
